We thought we were further along than we were. The assessment was the first honest read we had ever had, and the verification page now sits in every bid we write, so nobody has to take our word for it.

— What we assess —

Five pillars.
One standard.

Strategy

A board-level AI direction, owned, with a roadmap that ships.

Governance

Policy, risk and oversight you can put in front of a regulator.

Skills

The capability to use, build and govern AI across the organisation.

Implementation

AI in live operations, not pilots that never leave the lab. We look at what is actually running, who owns it, and how it holds up under load.

Impact

Measurable outcomes, evidenced and independently reviewed. Not a deck of ambitions, but the difference the work has made and how you know.

— How it works —

Evidence-based, panel-reviewed, against the Five Pillars. £99.99 to assess, eight to twelve weeks start to finish, and the criteria are published before you begin.

Not every organisation passes first time. That is the point.

— Common questions —

Things organisations
ask first.

Is this just a paid badge?+
No. The badge is the easy part. What sits behind it is an evidence-based assessment across the Five Pillars, reviewed by a panel against a published standard, with a maturity level you cannot buy your way past. Anyone can check the result on a public verification page, which is exactly what makes it worth holding.
We already have an internal governance framework. Why accredit?+
An internal framework proves it to yourselves. Accreditation proves it to everyone else: clients, regulators, and the teams writing your name into a procurement shortlist. The assessment is independent, the criteria are open, and the verification page turns your own good work into something a third party can rely on without taking your word for it.
What level will we be assessed at?+
Whatever your evidence supports, from AI-Aware to AI-Leading. The panel reads your submission across the Five Pillars and places you on the maturity ladder against the published standard. You cannot apply for a level and pass on ambition; the level is the finding, not the request.
What does it cost?+
The organisation assessment is £99.99, one-off. If you are accredited, the fee is £499.99 a year, which covers your verification page, your badge, and periodic re-assessment. Accrediting your staff as a cohort is priced separately on group rates.
Do you work with AI vendors?+
Vendors can be accredited like any other organisation, on exactly the same criteria. What we do not do is take vendor commissions or let a supplier relationship influence an assessment. The independence of the accreditation is the held line, because the moment it bends, the credential is worthless.
How long does it take?+
Typically eight to twelve weeks from application to result, depending on how ready your evidence is. The criteria are published before you start, so there are no surprises, and you apply when the work is ready rather than to a fixed deadline.
