What happens to what we send?
It is used to answer your request and nothing else. It is never used to train, tune or improve the model. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every request and answer is recorded so you can see what was asked and what came back.
Where does the model run?
In the UK. The Education model is built, hosted and maintained in the UK by the Institute of AI.
Which guidance does it draw on?
The national curriculum, the SEND code of practice, the education inspection framework and the statutory guidance schools work to. Every answer names the guidance it rests on so it can be checked.
How do we access the model?
Access is by request. Tell the Institute of AI which school, trust or college you work for and what you would use the model for. The Education model is available through a secure chat workspace, an API or agents.
