What happens to what we send?

It is used to answer your request and nothing else. It is never used to train, tune or improve a model. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every request and answer is recorded so you can see what was asked and what came back.

Where does the model run?

In the UK. Each model is built, hosted and maintained in the UK by the Institute of AI.

Does the model replace professional judgement?

No. The model drafts, checks and prepares. Your team reviews the draft, checks the source it names, and remains responsible for the decision.

Can one organisation use more than one model?

Yes. A council might run the Local Government model for resident services and the Social Care model for casework. Each model stays separate, so the answers stay grounded in the right law and guidance.

How do we access a model?

Access is by request. Tell the Institute of AI which organisation you work for and what you would use a model for. Every model is available through a secure chat workspace, an API or agents.
