Every Institute of AI accreditation comes with a public verification page anyone can check. This guide shows you how to confirm a practitioner's credential in under a minute.

A genuine accreditation shows a pink-bordered credential card carrying a Verified tag and the words Verified Accreditation. A plain card marked Registered Member means the person is an IoAI member but does not currently hold an accreditation.
The card names the accreditation level: Student (SIoAI), Associate (AIoAI), Professional (PIoAI), or Fellow (FIoAI). Each level reflects a different depth of assessed experience, with Fellow the most senior.
Active since shows when the accreditation was awarded and Expires shows how long it remains valid. If the expiry date has passed, the accreditation is no longer current.
The credential ID at the bottom of the card is unique to this accreditation. If the practitioner has quoted a credential ID to you, check that it matches the one on the page. If anything looks wrong, contact the Institute of AI.
