Manage your
organisations.

Add the organisations you represent once, then use them across the Institute of AI, from accreditation applications to the UK AI Readiness Charter. This guide shows you how.

— Step by step

Five steps to organised organisations.

01

Open your organisations

From your IoAI hub, go to your organisations page. Every organisation you represent is listed there, each on its own card with its details and actions.

02

Add an organisation

Select Add organisation and fill in its name, size, sector, website, headquarters, and optionally its founded year and logo. Confirm that you are authorised to represent it, and you only enter these details once.

03

Use it across the Institute of AI

When you apply for organisation accreditation, sign the UK AI Readiness Charter, or post a job listing, you select one of your organisations instead of retyping its details. Each of those reads the organisation as it stands, so an update here updates them all.

04

Turn on public verification

Switch on the Public verification toggle on an organisation's card to publish a page where anyone can verify its accreditation status and Charter signature, with sharing options for LinkedIn.

05

If something needs changing

An organisation's details are fixed once it has been added, so every application, signature and public page reads the same thing. If a detail needs correcting, or you no longer represent an organisation on your list, contact us and we will sort it out for you.

your organisation?

Add it once, keep it current, and use it wherever your organisation works with the Institute of AI.
