Open your billing settings
From your IoAI hub, go to Settings and choose Billing. If you have an active subscription, you will see an option to open the customer portal.

Open the Stripe portal
Select Open Stripe portal. You are taken to Stripe, our secure payments partner, where your subscription, payment method and invoices are managed.

Manage payment and invoices
In the portal you can update your payment method, download past invoices and cancel your subscription. Everything is handled securely by Stripe.

Return to your hub
When you are finished, the portal brings you straight back to your IoAI billing settings, with any changes already applied.
