Open your billing settings
From your IoAI hub, go to Settings and choose Billing. Once a billing account has been created for you through checkout, you will see an option to open the customer portal.

Open the Stripe portal
Select Open Stripe portal. You are taken to Stripe, our secure payments partner, where your payment method and invoices are managed.

Manage payment and invoices
In the portal you can update your payment method and download past invoices. Accreditation fees are one-off payments, with no automatic renewal. Everything is handled securely by Stripe.

Return to your hub
When you are finished, the portal brings you straight back to your IoAI billing settings, with any changes already applied.
