Open your close account settings
From your IoAI hub, go to Settings and choose Close Account. This is where you can permanently delete your account.

Four steps to closing your account.

Continue to close account
Select Continue to close account. Before anything happens, IoAI asks you to confirm, so there is no risk of closing your account by accident.

Type DELETE to confirm
Type the word DELETE into the confirmation field. This deliberate step makes sure closing your account is something you really mean to do.

Close your account permanently
Select Close account permanently. You are signed out straight away, and your profile, accreditations and activity are deleted. This cannot be undone.
