This guide walks you through a professional accreditation application, from choosing your level to paying the assessment fee and tracking the panel's review.
From your hub, open Professional accreditation and pick the level your evidence supports today: Student, Associate, Professional, or Fellow. The application opens as a series of short steps, with your chosen level already selected on the first one. You can only move up from your current level.
Work through the steps about your experience: the sector you work in, how much of your working or study time is AI work, your current role, and how far the AI work you are responsible for has travelled. You can also add previous roles and qualifications.
Place your practice against each domain of the competency framework, choosing the description that fits your work today and adding evidence where you have it. Then write your personal statement about your AI work, experience, and goals. This is what the panel reads most closely, so make it count.
Add up to three references who can vouch for your professional experience, with a name, email, and your relationship to each. You can also add up to five supporting links, such as your LinkedIn, portfolio, GitHub, or publications.
Agree to the terms and select Submit application; once submitted, an application cannot be edited. Submitting takes you straight to our secure Stripe checkout to settle the one-off assessment fee. Once paid, your application moves to the panel for review and you can track its status from your hub.
